Subject of the Contract
DreamRides offers the rental of luxury cars and motorcycles in the premium segment. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
– Booking is done online via our website.
– Payment is made in advance by credit card or other offered payment methods.
– Cancellation and refund policies are specified in the respective booking conditions.
Use of the Vehicles
– The vehicles may only be driven by authorized persons who possess the required driving license documents.
– The vehicles must be handled carefully and used in accordance with applicable traffic rules.
Liability
– DreamRides assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the vehicles.
– The renter is liable for any damages or losses to the vehicles according to the agreed terms.
Data Protection
– DreamRides commits to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
– DreamRides reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The amended conditions will be published on the website.
Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

You will need a valid driver's license, your ID card or passport, and a credit card to rent a vehicle. Non-EU citizens may also need to present an international driving permit.
Yes, it is possible. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Shorter rental periods are feasible, but the same costs apply as for a full day.
Contact our customer service immediately at the phone number provided in your rental agreement if an accident or malfunction occurs. We will provide necessary assistance and arrange a replacement vehicle if needed.
Basic insurance is included in the rental costs. Additional insurance options can be booked for an extra charge.
The minimum age required for renting cars and motorcycles is 20 years.
Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental by contacting our customer service.

A deposit is necessary for renting a vehicle. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the vehicle type and rental duration. It will be refunded to you after the return of the undamaged vehicle.
